ACCOMMODATION REGULATIONS
Valid from 01.06.2025
These regulations govern the rules of stay in Villa Sylvia and are binding for all guests from the moment of check-in. Violation of the accommodation regulations may lead to early termination of the stay without refund.
I. Arrival and departure
Upon arrival, the client is obliged to present proof of identity and, if applicable, a receipt for payment of the stay.
Check-in is possible from 16:00 h. The check-out time on the day of departure is no later than 10:00, unless otherwise agreed.
Upon arrival, the client checks the condition of the cottage and the functionality of the equipment. Any deficiencies must be immediately reported to the manager.
The landlord has the right to collect a refundable deposit of 100 € for the entire stay upon arrival. The deposit is refundable when the cottage is handed over in its original condition without damage.
II. General rules of conduct
Inside the hut it is obligatory to change clothes.
Smoking and handling of open flames (e.g. candles, barbecues, torches) are prohibited inside the chalet and in its surroundings within a distance of 5 metres.
Prohibition to deposit any objects on the heating elements.
The client is obliged to observe the night quiet from 22:00 to 6:00.
The client may not arbitrarily move furniture or interfere with wiring or other technical equipment.
Electrical appliances must be switched off and windows and doors closed during any absence.
Children under 10 years of age are only allowed in the property under adult supervision at all times.
Prohibition to damage or devalue the equipment of the cottage. The client is responsible for any damages caused during the stay.
In case of loss of the key, a fee of 20 € will be charged.
III. Animals
Pets are only allowed with prior consent of the property.
Animals must be supervised during their stay - free movement in the property and garden is prohibited.
IV. Technical equipment and appliances
The use of your own electrical appliances (except for common ones such as chargers or laptops) must be declared upon arrival.
The electrical voltage in the sockets is 230 V.

V. Cleaning and tidiness
The client is obliged to hand over the cottage in the same condition in which he took it over.
- For excessive soiling (e.g. dirty floors, carpet, unwashed dishes, neglected barbecue equipment) a fee of € 30 will be charged.
Bed linen and towels are provided for the entire stay. Changes during the stay are charged:
- Linen: 6,50 € / set
- towel: 2 € / piece
VI. Access to the building
The landlord or authorised staff has the right to enter the property for necessary technical or operational tasks. The client will be informed in advance of the entry.
VII. Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation, the accommodation provider charges cancellation fees as follows:
more than 45 days before the stay - no fee
31 - 45 days prior to stay - 50 % of the accommodation price
15 - 30 days before the stay - 80 % of the accommodation price
14 days or less before the stay - 100 % of the accommodation price
Cancellation conditions apply unless otherwise agreed.
VIII. Final Provisions
The client is obliged to comply with these accommodation regulations throughout the entire stay. In the event of a serious breach, the accommodation provider has the right to terminate the accommodation immediately without refund.
